Propose to furnish and install listed equipment to provide geothermal heating and cooling. All ductwork will be ran in metal pipe wrapped with vinyl insulation. A zoning system will be installed to regulate temperature and air flow to the upstairs and downstairs areas. The water-to-water unit will be set and piped in to loop system and hooked up to floor heat which will be installed by others. Ground heat exchanger to be horizontal two-pipe closed loop, 250 feet of trench per ton with two ¾” diameter pipes placed in trench. Trenches are 6” wide and are located at least 7 feet apart. Individual loop legs are connected with 1-1/4” supply-return lines. Trenches will be back filled at time of loop completion. We are not responsible for ground settling. Any lines that are cut and not clearly marked will be repaired at the owner’s expense. This bid includes all necessary, connecting components to complete job in full, except electric.
